As the Associate Director, Mission and Ministry, you'll collaborate with the Vice-President to develop and animate the spiritual, liturgical and pastoral life of the university for our students and staff. You will achieve this through the design and implementation of comprehensive strategic pastoral and faith-based Campus Ministry programs for students and in the development, implementation and animation of mission integration programs for staff in the tradition of Catholic higher education.
You will also create and maintain initiatives, events and programs that support and encourage all staff and students in their capacity and efficacity to integrate the university's mission more fully in their work and study.
To be successful, you'll have a lived witness to the Catholic faith and possess postgraduate qualifications in theology or religious studies or similar; coupled with senior leadership experience in a ministry-based setting and in particular, within a youth and young adult ministry context.
As a highly skilled communicator and relationship manager, a key to your success will be in your ability to respond effectively to the sophisticated task of supporting the diverse range of spiritual and faith based needs of students and staff.
