Thirty ACU Ramsay Scholarships (worth $30,000 p.a.) are available to outstanding students each year. Honours and Masters courses are currently under development. - Monitoring budget and expenditure, overseeing HR operational matters in relation to Program academic staff, and ensuring governance in accordance with ACU policy and procedures.
- Coordinating engagement with the Ramsay Centre and other stakeholders, including regular strategic and operational meetings, production of the Annual Report, and the planning of key formal events.
- Cultivating strategic relationships, both internal and external, in order to build synergies and further the goals of the Program.
- Facilitating and promoting cultural and intellectual enhancement opportunities within the Program, the University, and the wider community.
You will need to have:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to draft documents and correspondence, demonstrating a methodical, detail-oriented, and flexible approach to work.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in developing relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, with the ability to consult, negotiate, influence, and communicate to an exceptional standard.
- Event-management skills and experience, with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with team members, collaborating effectively to get things done.
- Understanding of and commitment to the vision and goals of a university Liberal Arts program, including commitment to equality and diversity in the workplace.
- Completed a university degree in a relevant discipline.
