The Vice-President Student Success leads a range of university portfolios including Corporate Brand, Domestic and International recruitment and Student Support and champions for continuous improvement and innovation in student services and growth throughout the University. You will provide transformational leadership to drive a world‑class whole‑of‑journey student experience, while being a champion for data‑driven continuous improvement and innovation in student services and growth across the university.
To be successful in this role you will be an inspirational leader who brings standing, strategic vision and the senior leadership experience required to promote equitable student outcomes and maximise student growth and success. You will demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally. As a change leader, you will inspire action in others, seek bold ventures and unique business opportunities and respond with vision and agility during periods of growth. Most importantly, your actions and decision making, both collective and individual, will reflect the values of our organisation.
