We actively encourage women and individuals from underrepresented backgrounds to apply and help shape the future of design and the built environment.

We know that academic and professional environments thrive when they reflect the full diversity of society. While we’re proud of the progress we’ve made, we acknowledge there is more work to do—particularly in improving outcomes for women in the Construction Management Discipline. We are determined to change that.
