The EAIE Conference and Exhibition is the annual meeting point for over 7000 international education professionals. Recognised as Europe’s key gathering for the sector, it offers a focused space to connect with partners, strengthen collaboration in education and research, exchange expertise, and gain practical insights into current programmes and funding developments.
The EAIE Conference offers an extensive programme of 240+ sessions, interactive formats such as campfires and fishbowls, networking activities, and workshops. The EAIE Exhibition showcases 1200+ organisations across more than 250 stands representing higher education institutions and service providers.

The call for proposals is now closed. Thank you to all those who submitted a proposal for Glasgow 2026; you will be notified about the decision on your submission in March. The full programme for EAIE Glasgow 2026 will be launched in May.
Looking ahead, the call for proposals for the 2027 conference will open in September 2026.
